Aves

"Aves" is an exploration of the courtship rituals of birds, featuring avian behavior from the albatross bird, widow bird, blue-footed booby, and others . The piece was created in micro-residency with LEVYdance and performed at the April 2018 LEVYsalon, as well as the Spring Salon at Shawl-Anderson Dance Center. It was expanded into a longer show while in residency at SAFEhouse for the Performing Arts Summer 2018 RAW program, titled PAIR.
